Are you on many medicines? Take the confusion out of your medicines with our pharmacists at  Fresh Therapeutics Compounding Pharmacy. 


Your doctor can request a Home Medicines Review where you will sit down with our accredited pharmacist (usually Jeni) who will help you understand your medicines better and address any concerns you have. It may even mean simplifying the number or way your take your medicines. If you have a Medicare Card the Home Medicines Review is FREE. 


Once you have the referral call us on 02 9389 3168 to book a visit for your Home Medicine Review.
